How to subscribe trade alert?
Trade Alert is free and easy to create, you follow the steps below:

① Click "Offer" on the top tool bar, drag the page to the end
② Click "Subscribe now" on the "Trade Alert" banner
③ Finish the subscription information, click "Create Alert"

How many info types of trade alert can be chosen?

New buying lead, new product, new supplier, new selling lead, new purchaser and new co-op.

How to unsubscribe trade alert?

Sign in to My Account, click "Subscription" on the top tool bar, and select "Manage Trade Alerts", choose the trade alert you want to unsubscribe and click "Delete" in the option box.

What's my ID and Password about HiSupplier Online?

The ID and Password of Hisupplier.com are used to sign in Hisupplier Online. If you are not Hisupplier.com member, please join us first.

Where to download HiSupplier Online?

Free to download HiSupplier Online, click here or you can sign in to My Account to "Download Chat Software" on the left tool bar.

How to add suppliers and buyers to contact list?

When you start HiSupplier Online for the first time, your Contact List will be empty. You can input keywords to the searching box to find buyers and suppliers, and then add to your Contact List.
