What's the difference between "Product" and "Optimized Product"?
"Product" only can be searched via its name, and has no keyword(s). "Optimized Product" has keyword(s) and can by searched via its keyword(s) both on Hisupplier.com and Searching Engine such as Google, Yahoo and so forth.
How to update my membership to Gold membership?
Sign in to My Account, click "Update Now" on the left tool bar, and fill the "upgrade membership" info, then click "Submit". The service specialist of HiSupplier.com will contact you soon.
How to change my company name?
Once the registration is finished, the company name can not change all by yourself. If you want to modify it, please offer your certification of incorporation and application form and contact to your service specialist.
