Stainless Steel Sheets/Plates

Many of the applications in which this grade 904L has previously performed well can now be fulfilled at lower cost by duplex stainless steel 2205.

In most environments 904L SS Plate have corrosion performance intermediate between the standard austenitic grade 316L and the very highly alloyed 6Mo.

Molybdenum and copper are present in the alloy 904L for increased resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion and to general corrosion.

High nickel content of 904L results in a much better resistance to stress corrosion cracking than the standard austenitic grades.

The low carbon content of SS 904L Plate provides resistance to intergranular corrosion in the post-welded or stress relieved condition.

Grade 904L could be used in:Process equipment in chemical industry;Bleaching equipment in the pulp and paper industry;Flue-gas cleaning;Desalination.

904L Steel Plate is utilized extensively in the chemical, petrochemical, pulp and paper, and pollution control industries :Tanks, vessels.

The oxidation resistance of austenitic stainless steels can be approximated by the chromium content of the alloy 309S Stainless Steel Sheet.

Higher alloyed stainless steel 309S generally exhibit excellent elevated temperature strength along with resistance to creep deformation and attack.

No.1:
Hot rolled product that has undergone both annealing and pickling process.
Used for rerolling material,chemical plant,industrial tank,etc.

No.2D:
A non-glossy cold rolled product that has undergone both annealing and pickling process.Used for petrochemical plant,automobile parts,etc.

No.2B
Skinpassed products of No.2D.Compared to No.2D,it attains a brighter and flatter finish.
Applicable for almost all uses.

No.3
Polished product with 100-120 mesh abraser.
Variety of uses including building exterior and interior,verious kinds of electronic products,etc

No.4
Polished product with 150-180 mesh abraser.It has an attractive silvery-white surface,which is finer than No.3.Used for bathtubs,building,etc.

BA:
It is used for home appliances,small-sized mirror,kitchenware,building materials and others that require highly reflective properties.

Although this alloy has a high work hardening rate, it can be drawn, headed. Full annealing is required after cold work to remove internal stress.

310H Stainless Steel is a product of acid resistance and corrosion resistance, It has a wide use in fertilizer producing, chemical fiber producing,etc

The austenitic stainless steels 304H 304 304L are heat treated to remove the effects of cold forming or to dissolve precipitated chromium carbides.

Grade 304H is readily brake or roll formed into a variety of components for applications in the industrial, architectural, and transportation fields.

The Alloy 304H is preferred for use in such media in the welded condition since the low carbon level enhances resistance to intergranular corrosion.
