1. Circumstance of earth
The organization of atmosphere contains rare ozone which gather together in the central lower layer, therefore it is called ozone layer. The research indicates that when the ozone decreases one percent, the ultraviolet rays in the earth will increase into two percent so people have skin cancer percentage will increase to three percent. This situation also will affect to the entire living thing in this earth.
2. Major reason to causes damage for the Ozone layer
Freon is the major reason to causes damager for the Ozone layer. Due to the large number of CFC-11, CFC-12 and CFC-13 be used on PU, PS and PE foaming products so the World Health Organization announces that Freon will forbid to use after year of 2003.
3. Evaluate of Phenolic forming in circumstance and anti-pollution
-Environment Influence
The component of Phenolic form does not contain Freon and it does not influence the environment. It produces slight components of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen during it burns. It does not like the general plastic chemical compound articles which will produce Carbon Monoxide and toxic gas when it burns.
Estimation in anti-pollution of scrap
I. It is able to add into Phenolic Resin as recycle use.
II. It can be added into pitch or asphalt to reinforce the maintained water nature.
III. It can be added into ground to improve the soil quality.
