P/M Antifriction Material For Parts Reducing Friction

 

 

Description

P/M antifriction material is material finished via powder metallurgy technology after adding lubricating components or sintering porous basis skeleton and impregnating liquid lubricating component. It can be divided into copper-base antifriction material and composite self-lubricating material, which is used in parts reducing friction, such as, bearing, wearing pad etc.

  1. Iron-base antifriction material

Density: 5.96.3g/cm3    Oil content: ≥15%    Hardness: HB60~110

Specific pressure: 1015Mpa  Dynamic friction coefficiency: 0.05~0.1

Marine gearbox: wearing pad, supporting ring

Diesel engine: high-speed thrust bearing

Large electrostatic precipitator: wearing pad
