Description: To whom it may concern: We are currently well established in the garment manufacturing field in the export sector as well as in the domestic market. Thus, we have a wide network all over India and we are looking to use these network as a business opportunity. We are looking into other business ventures and we have decided to move into the paper industry. And in connection to this, we are also very interested in exclusive dealership with you and we have enough financial background to do so. But with regard to the marketing, we need some time to analyse the demand and market the product as we intend to go for bulk orders. We intend to make some trial orders of 1 or 2 containers within a period of a month from now. But we would like to meet up with you in your factory so that we can know about your product better and you can know about our work as well. It would be beneficial for us to have a joint discussion on how best we can proceed to the next step together. Some of the questions/issues we have are the following: 1. We need to know the CIF/CFR quotation of the Double A A4 size paper as dealers, based on 20 footer or 40 footer container orders. 2. For our application as dealer, what is the procedure we have to follow for such application? 3. Is there a policy for exclusive dealership? And if so, what are the requirements? 4. Is it possible to have the paper products packed in our own label or design? Is there a process we have to go through? 5.
