| Description: | Dear Stella Li I have bought one of your ice cream making machines (BQL 8380 and have been operating for about three weeks now. I should say for the price range the machine has been working ok. However I just experienced a technical problem today as follows: The machine has an oversight cooler but it has been producing watery ice creame this morning (meaning watery mix comes out instead of ice creame).
