Operating principle
It is called circular vibrating screen because the screening box moves on a circular locus.The vibration exciter, powered by the motor connected to wedge belts,rotates at a extremely high speed, and makes the screening box move.Thus,materials on the screen will move and the particles smaller than the screen mesh fall.In the multiple-layered machine, the feed is introduced to the top coarse screen,the undersize falling through to the finer screen.Thus a range of sized fractions can be produced by this machine.
