USAGE:
First, get a cup of hot water(the temperature is higher than 60) and immerge the pre-shaped teeth mold into the hot water end by end. Once the inside surface turns to soft and transparent from white and hard, put the soft pre-shaped mold onto your teeth and nip tightly both sides to your teeth with your forefinger and thumb until the mold becomes hard in 1-2 minutes. Once the mold becomes hard and white, the teeth mold is formed. And repeat the operation, get the other mold.
