Double face diamond grinding wheel:
Suitable for grinding hard and brittle materials such as cemented carbide, ceramics, optical glass, agate, semiconductor materials, stone materials and non-ferrous metals.
However, under a high temperature, it will spread to iron, chromium, vanadium, tungsten, molybdenum, titanium and other metals to form carbide, which will accelerate abrasive wear. Therefore, it is not suitable to grind iron and steel. Various alloy cast iron can be ground because the carbon in cast iron is saturated, and no diffusion problems will occur.
Double face CBN grinding wheel:
Mainly used for machining black metal materials with high strength and high hardness. For example, tool steel, die steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, high vanadium steel, quenched steel, etc.
