Installation requirement of V-belt (GB/T13575.1-92)

  • Matching belt
  • Currently SPB type is mainly adopted by our company as matching belts for caliber 250 (and lower), and SPC type belt for 300 caliber.
  • The original belt type of product dispatched from the factory should be maintained, different belt types can not be mixed for use, nor new and old types mixed for use.
  •  In case of driving with several belts, for even load of every belt, the matching tolerance of belts should not be more than the value specified by GB11544-89.
  • Before the belt is fit into pulley groove, the center distance should be adjusted small at first, forceful prying is prohibited.
