A:Can you provide samples?
of course, not free for samples but samples fees will be returned after a formal order.
B:How long is the delivery time for samples?
1-2 working days.
C:How long is the delivery time for bulk order?
Generally it takes us 7-10 working days to finish the order after receiving deposit.
D:What's the payment term ?
30% deposit by T/T,70% balance before shippment by T/T or L/C at sight.

F:How often do I clean my evaporative cooling pads?
Pads should be cleaned at least once a season prior to storing for the winter. In hard water areas,cleaning may be required
more frequently.Periodic ,visual examination is required.Remove the back or top of the cooler following the instructions in the operating manual.Look at the pads,if they show signs of heavy mineral deposits they will need to be cleaned.
