To determine the capacity of the equipment in providing the withdrawal of air and
penetration of the steam in the load to be sterilized. Cycle time of 210 seconds and
temperature of 134°C, fixed values according the specific regulation (GMP) The number
of pulses in the conditioning phase and steam pressure may be modified by the user to
adequate the chosen profile for density material at sterilization cycles.
