KXR28 thermal overload relay series
◎Summarization
◆KXR28 series thermal overload relay (hereinafter referred tor as thermal relay) apply to AC 50Hz/60Hz, rated voltage till 660V, current 0.1-93A AC electric motor permanent working or discontinuous permanent working for overload or open-phase protection.
◆Thermal relay have open-phase protection, temperature compensation, operation indication, auto and manual reset and stop function, reliable action. Can plug-in install with contactor, also can install it independently and combined with relative AC contactor to consist of electromagnet starter.

◆Surrounding air temperature: -5℃～40℃, and 24h's average temperature should lower than +35℃
◆atmospheric conditions: Atmospheric relative humidity should lower than 50% when the temperature is +40℃, higher relative humidity is acceptable when the temperature lower than +40℃, max relative humidity can reach 90% when the temperature at +20℃, should have special policy in condensation condition which may caused by temperature changing.

◆Installation surface vertical gradient can't exceed 5°
◆The place should without explosion dangerous media/neurogen, and the media should without corrosive goods to metal and damage goods to isolator and no conducting dust

◆Trip characteristic:
This current-time curve indicate from cold to trip time and real current and setting current multiple relationship. While running current is 1.0Xle, trip time shortened to 25%. Trip curve 3 suit for 3P load, trip curve 2 suit to 2P load, for single phase load, trip curve is between 2 and 3. For general running condition, thermal trip mechanism 3PCS bimetal need to be heated. While thermal relay used for protect single phase or DC load should in series three main contact, this moment is suitable for curve 3. Three phase to load trip current is 105%-120% to setting current.
