Structure of Structural Steel Roll Forming Machine
This roll forming machine consists of 2 tons manually decoiler, chain driven transmission, forming rollers, mainframe(including guiding platform), hydraulic cutting device, hydraulic system, computerized control cabinet and stacker.
Working Process of Structural Steel Roll Forming Machine
Coiler loading → feeding-in with adjustable rollers guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) → rolling & forming→ hydraulic cutting → stacker running out
