Amorphous calcium aluminate is the basic raw material of a new Accelerator, its principal constituent
is the non-crystalline calcium aluminate. Appearance of light gray-green powder.
Properties of amorphous calcium higher reactivity than the crystalline product, used in conjunction with
silicate cement, can achieve a higher degree of responsiveness and efficiency. Non-crystalline cal
cium aluminate reacts unexpectedly fast with plaster and water to produce ettringite; adds its appropri
ate to ordinary silicate cement, the initial setting in less than a minute to complete. Addition of ettrin
gite structural stability, good strength. While ettringite volume expansion, formation of prestressed con
crete and shrinkage resistance.
Non-crystalline calcium aluminate based on available effects: accelerated and rapid coagulation; high
-strength and super high-early strength; low profile; enhanced persistence, good adhesion
The main use of amorphous calcium: injection concrete, repair mortar , adhesive floor tiles, water leak
-proof mortar.
Non-crystalline calcium aluminate has been widely used abroad, mainly in tunnels, underground engi
neering, nuclear power plant and other major projects have been extensively used. Our products have
been exported to Germany, and Korea, and Japan and other countries.
