Aluminum extrusion is a technique used to transform aluminum alloy into objects with a definitive cross-sectional profile for a wide range of uses. The extrusion process makes the most of aluminunium unique combination of physical characteristics. Its malleability allows it to be easily machined and cast, and yet aluminum is one third the density and stiffness of steel so the resulting products offer strength and stability, particularly when alloyed with other metals. Specification:
1)aluminum profile material: AL6063 or 6061 or 6005 or as per customers' need.
2) Temper:T4,T5,T6
3) Surface Treatment: mill finish(without treatment),anodizing, electrophoresis, power coating (any color),fluorocarbon coating(PVDF coating),wood grain painting, drawbench, sand blasting etc.
4.)Length: the maximum is 7 meters; usually 5.5 to 5.8 meters.
5.) Packing: Kraft paper, carton box, protection foam heat contracted plastic film, poly-bag, etc.
