This machine adopts the heat sealing principle to seal the PVC for mattress, pillow and such material. The packing width is 2200mm.

This machine is specialized in rolling packing the foam mattress which density is equal or less than 30kgs/m3. The efficiency is 90~100 pcs/hour.

You can turn 90, 180, or 270 degree to seal the different sides of the mattress.

Applicable to fully automatic weighing & packing of granular materials, can realize in automatic counting and packing for small bags.
